What Causes Chest Pain Along With High BP And Rapid Heart Rate?
I hav e cjest pain, more on my rmiddle & right side, I feel like I cannot get enough air in my lungs, I have been having high bp, even though I am on Hydroclothizaid & atenol, but it is high and fast heart beats. As I lay in bed I feel like the bed shakes with every palpitation. I have RA and take methotrexate, 2.5 pills (3) once a week I also suffer from panic attacks, but never felt the pain like now.

Hi. you should go to Emergency department of nearby hospital and get your heart checked by getting ECG done urgently. And meet cardiologist for further work up to do investigations like 2D echo and optimisation of your BP medicines.
