What Causes Chest Pain And Numbness In The Right Arm?

Hi I was wondering I have been having spells where if I am walking I all of sudden have really bad chest pains but it is in like the middle of my chest then my right arm feels numb from my elbow down and I sweat and hard to breath after I sit for a little while then it seems to pass

Angina pectoris
this kind of ches pain while walking or exertion in middle of chest with sweating is mostly due to coronary artry atherosclerosis.so proper blood supply doesnt reach to heart itself causing ischemic pain but it involbe left side of neck jaw and inner border of left arm.it relieves by rest and sublingual nitrates,ECG is the gold standard to rule out any ischemic changes and diagnose early to prevent compication.
some time its prizmental angina which actually occur due to coronary artery spasm.
