What Causes Chest Pain And Vomiting Of Blood After An Abortion?
Hello doctor my age is.22 I am married before 1 yr. On. 2014 April I was vomit with heavy blood. And after 15 days I was consult with my. Doctor. They put some glucose to me. And told me u r pregnant. After 5. (august) month my Baby was abortioned and doctor told me you need a stitch to yr next pregnancy.and in December in the morning I have more pain between the bones of chest with vomitting. And this happen was came again in march 27 & April 27. Now I am pregnant (48)days. The doctor told to me the pain may be due to appendix. U should remove. But in the ultrasound scan report not mentioned the appendix. Now I m fear . Because if it is appendix I don t know wt I will do..please answer me clearly.

Your complaint of blood vomiting seems to be due to acid regurgitation in esophagus leading to irritation of esophageal mucus membrane causing blood vomiting. Eating spicy food, excessive alcohol drinking can trigger the episode. You should consult a gastroenterologist for specific management.
