my boyfriend was past drug user he has been ill lately and i am concern cause he won't get medical attention. symptoms chest pain sudden attackes, dark brownish strong smell urine, light headed at times, recently peeing the bed when never did and eyes and skin yellowish

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, liver failure is really associated with yellowish skin. The reason is the yellow pigment of the blood is normally filtered out by the liver, but if the liver is gone, it doesn't filter. And the pigment also goes into the urine. Not having the blood filtered will cause eventual coma and death. It's a pretty big deal requiring hospitalizaiton in general.
