What Causes Chest Pain, Dizziness And Lightheadedness?

Hi. I started having chest pains and went to the Dr. An angiogram showed no heart disease. An echocardiogram showed all normal. EKG s = normal. Blood pressure is good. Blood tests all come back as normal. I lose all energy after just light exercise like walking. I am constantly light headed, slightly dizzy and get nauseas after light activity. My doctors don t know what to do and this has been going on now for 2 months and getting worse. Thoughts?

Hello and welcome.

There can be other causes for such a presentation as well like a vitamin D deficiency, vitamin B12 deficiency, iron deficiency, anemia, etc. So please speak to your doctor about the same and check all other parameters and not just this.

I would also like to speak about a condition called costochondritis which is specifically seen in women and can cause chest pains that can mimic heart ailments as well, please do check for all these conditions with your doctor.

Best wishes.
