General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You have uncontrolled blood sugar patterns, check once with ECG and BUN, serum creatinine levels. Monitor your blood pressure for daily twice for 3 days. Blood pressure fluctuations may cause lightheadedness. Check for free T3, T4and TSH levels.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rameez Ahmed Shaik, General & Family Physician
