What Causes Chest Pain Followed By Erectile Dysfunction?

i am 32 and am having chest pain on my left side and have had trouble getting erections ive had this problem for awhile i went to doctor they check everything and said nothing she could fine was wrong then how come im having problems with getting erections when ive never had this problem and why am i feeling constant chest pains
