im 25, i have an under active thyroid which im taking medication for and have for the past 4 years but over the last 7 weeks iv been unable to leave the house. i feel very weak and tired. i get chest pains and sometimes in my breasts, my heart seems to beat very hard and feels heavy in my chest, i sometimes feel very shakey and cold but i also have different bowel movements, they are very soft and have mucas too. i get a pain in my left side just above my hip. im really worried as its gone on so long and iv been taking my tablets so i dont think its my thyroid. im too embarssed to see my gp but im also scared its something serious. can you help please?

As you are taking thyroid medicines since 4 years , you should check it every 6 monthly and adjust the dose accordingly. In your case I think, report will be altered and you may need dose modification. Your all symptoms are looking like thyroid related only. So no need to worry, be calm and get done thyroid profile. Simple dose modifications will help you.
