I have been having intermittent chest pain for months. I've noticed that sometimes the pain is accompanied by indigestion, but not always. It hurts worse when I'm in bed and it often wakes me up at night. I was diagnosed with inappropriate sinus tachycardia about a year ago and take a beta blocker? Any ideas what could be causing this?
