central chest pain c st/t changes in lat wall cholest 122, hdl cholest 42 increased lung markings cardio-therapic normal diaphragam in normal no active lung parenchymal seen echo cardio ard 3.52 lad 3.98 rid 2.1 iv setal 1.19 lv internal dia 2.52 lv ejection 68 left ventrcle, left atrium, right ventricle,mitral valve normal tricuspid normal arotic valve three cusps -no thickening good systolic excursion others no intra cardiac mass please advise

Chest Pain associated with ST/T changes in the lateral wall suggests that there is insufficient blood supply to the lateral wall of heart . Your lungs are fine , also Cardiac echo is in normal limits . But in my opinion you need a Treadmill test to know what exactly has happen . Get the Treadmill test and revert back to me .
