Hi- I tripped while running fast on a trail and ended up scraping the left upper side of my back. It isn t constantly painful, but when I breathe in it hurts in my chest and if I lean on my left arm I get a sharp pain. I also get a sharp pain when I use my trunk to lift myself from a sitting or laying down position. I m assuming I bruised something but two days later it hurts just as bad. Any idea on what will help?
