What Causes Chest Pain With Breathing Difficulty?

One day back I fainted and it lasted only for a few seconds. From next day morning I felt chest pain and some problems of breathing. I have felt that I am panting when I do cycling and climbing the stairs. I consulted a doctor and he prescribed PAN-D tablet and recommended to see a neurologist. One year back also I fainted when I was sailing in a ship, at that time I had seasickness.
Height 165 cm
Wight 64 kg
I have headache frequently, but have vomiting sensation occasionally. Fainted 4 times before, at that time I had severe headache. All these cases fainting lasted only a few seconds after that I got the consciousness and stood up by myself. Please suggest some solutions.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be done first in your case as it could be a heart disease. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases.
Consult a cardiologist for the same.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
