Dear-thanks for using our service, I understand your concern and will help you with my medical advise.First of all, you might have an urinary track infection and will be helpful to have a sample of your urine for culture and sensitivity. It is advisable too a complete physical exam including a blood count and blood sugar. You need to drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration which can make you feel tired . The family history is very important too.Chest pain could be gas or inflammation in the costal space but it is recommendable to have an electrocardiogram too.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
