I am 22 years old guy. I never smoke, and drink very rarely. 3 weeks ago i had some strong chest pains. After this i have noticed blood in my saliva, twice a day. I went to a a specialist and she prescribed some medications, and those worked only for the initial days, after it's the same situation. I haven't had chest pains recently except the ones 3 weeks ago. What should i do?
I think you should go for chest x ray and sputum examination to rule out causes like TB, Pneumonia, Pulmonary embolism etc. You should also look for any dental, gum bleeding.
