What Causes Chest Tightness And Tingling In Middle Of Chest?

Hello, i'm 17 and recently i have been having chest tightness and sometimes it is followed by a slight tingling pain in the middle of the chest, i feel really weak and i start to panic , i used to weigh a lot but recently i have lost a lot of weight due to eating too less, now is the tightness due to indigestion, anxiety or is cardiac related?

As you used to weight a lot, which can lead to reflux oesophagitis or GERD like picture leading to such symptoms.
