What Causes Chill And Tremors In The Hand?

I got a chill feel then shook all over and could not control my hand shaking , I had a shower for some time when the chill was gone ,I had no hand shake, only happened once , my wife has put me under a lot of stress as she says she never sleeps ,she has refused to sleep in same room for over 30 years and ,why I put up with this this long is beyond me ,but mentally cannot take her critisisim and yelling every day even tho I said nothing or never even opened my mouth, I have made way more money than she has ever had and for our 55 years of marriage I have done majority of everything including paying all bills and expences ,
