What Causes Chills All Over Body?

I keep getting chills all over my body. I cut the heat up to 80 in my office and have on 2 shirts and a jacket. This doesn't happen every day but several days a week. I am a RA patient and I take Remacaid infusions every 4 weeks. The funny thing is I don't run a fever - just have the chills. When it happens, I feel very tired and sleepy. The next morning I'm usually totally fine!

hi,
Fatigue and a general sense of not feeling well are very common in RA patients.

Some RA patients get flu-like symptoms, fever and or chills whereas others do not.
