Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Yes, immunization does cause body pains and also headache and the symptoms that you are telling. Our body needs time to get adjusted to the allergen introduced to it.

Inflammatory reactions occur and the antibody is being produced in our body. So, you wait for some more days or if it is severe then you can start full course of antibiotics like amoxicillin, ofloxacin, norfloxacin, etcetera according to body weight.

If you have more pain then you can take paracetamol or diclofenac painkillers.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
