What Causes Chills, Body Aches, And Sensitive Skin On The Lower Back?

I get chilled easily. I bundle myself up drink hot fluids then finally get warm. I get flu like symptoms- chills, body s aches, sore muscles, for about 2-3 days then it goes away but comes back within a week. Sometimes the skin on my lower back hurts to touch but I haven t noticed a rash. This all sometimes begins when I m exposed to blowing cold air from the car AC or temp in office (which is usually freezing). Don t know if related. Or a coincidence.

Hello,

If you are saying that it happens when you are exposed to extremely cold temperatures it is a normal reaction of your body.

The only solution is not to get exposed to these extremely cold temperatures.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
