What Causes Chills Followed By Body Aches And Vomiting?

Hello, the past Thursday night I started shaking with the chills then I would get really hot. My entire body ached like I was coming down with the flue. Around 2am I started vomiting, just bile I guess food had already digested. Only vomited 3 times. Friday I was a little better no vomiting but still some chills then hot off and on. Saturday felt great. This Morning I noticed I may be getting a couple of cold sores in my mouth and some sore spots on my feet. Could this be from a virus?

Hi,

Noted your history chills, fever, body ache, vomiting and then sores in mouth and sole.
Yes, this is most probably due to viral infection.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all get a symptomatic treatment like Paracetamol or Ibuprofen for the symptoms.
Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and tests of blood, urine and stool.
Any other investigations like X-ray chest and Ultrasonography of abdomen as may be advised after clinical evaluation.
This will allow the most appropriate management.
