What Causes Chills, aches, headache And Sleeping Problem?

Hi I was hoping you could help me out. I have chills, aches, headache, and trouble sleeping. Are there any over the counter medications to help me sleep through the night? (By the way I have already tried zicam, nyquil, and advil, but none seem to do the trick)

Hi,
It is important to get a proper clinical review. Excluding an infection by doing a complete blood count and cultures are important. Excluding a chronic inflammatory state with an erythrocyte sedimentation rate could be useful. The opinion of an internist for a proper clinical review and testing is required. Regards
