What Causes Chronic Constipation With Anal Drainage Of Blood?

Hai sir/mam!!Iam 27 yrs old.I am not getting free motion regularly it is coming in days gap between 2 or 3 days but when i am passing stools first i am facing difficulty and some times 2 drops blood but blood is not always appearing only sometimes it will drops.early morning i use to drink lemon water with honey and also green tea and water.it is not coming regularly what can i do?

You have problem of chronic constipation problem and blood in stool that may be because of hemorroid problem. Excessive straining at toilet time may cause blood in stool.

Intestinal condition like ulcerative colitis may cause blood in stool.
Anal fissure may ruled out.
Proper physical examination and history with investigation helpful for diagnosis. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
