You have problem of chronic constipation problem and blood in stool that may be because of hemorroid problem. Excessive straining at toilet time may cause blood in stool.
Intestinal condition like ulcerative colitis may cause blood in stool. Anal fissure may ruled out. Proper physical examination and history with investigation helpful for diagnosis. Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
I hope my guidance is helpful to you.. Take care. Thank you.
