Hi I have been having problems with what I think are hemeroroids for the past few months and I have been using laxatives to soften stool as without it even a week can go by without me going to excrete. Over the weekend I stated developing what felt like extra skin between my vulva and my anus & today it had pus. Do you know what the problem might be?

It could be an abscess, it could be a fistula, could be hemorrhoids, and so on. The diagnosis can only be confirmed after a physical examination. But if you are right and there is pus being expeled then you will undoubtedly require both antibiotic coverage and either drainage or excision of the source, depending on the diagnosis.
