What Causes Chronic Constipation?

i have PCOS. lately I have been very constipated to the point where the only time I have a BM is when I take a laxitive. Sex is extremely painful. like deep in my pelvis. almost under my belly button and my periods are crazy. I have had 7 in 4 months. My OG/GYN has me starting clomid in a few days but sex is so painful. is this a symptom of PCOS or could this be something else?

I can understand your concern.
Your all symptoms are mostly due to PCOD (poly cystic ovary disease).
PCOD causes hormonal imbalance.
This is the main reason for all symptoms including painful sex.
So consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels.
You will need hormone pills to regulate hormones. Once your hormones are normalize, you will be alright.
You can use lubricant gel before Intercourse to reduce pain.
