Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic diarrhea and lower abdominal pain during pregnancy. Well digestive difficulties during pregnancy are unfortunately common , common reasons are shifting hormones, changes in diet, and added stress. It can also occur due to non pregnancy reasons like infection and IBS . Avoid food groups that can make diarrhea worse like high-fat, fried foods, spicy foods, milk and dairy, and high-fiber foods. Consult gynecologist if it persist for more then two days . Doctor may prescribe lopramide , omeprazole along with antibiotics . Drink water to replace the fluids you’re losing. Drink juice and broth to help replace some of the electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals your body has lost.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
