General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since there has been no relief from your pain with the use of this medication, you need to see your doctor for stronger medication to be given.

You may need a combination of medication for pain relief.

If you are experiencing burning, one of the medications given may need to be for neuropathy (abnormal function of the nerves).
Neuropathy can cause burning sensation. Medication such as amitriptyline, tegretol, lyrica, gabapentin

I hope this helps
