What Causes Chronic Headaches After Head Injury?

When I was 3 I got into an accident and I hit my head really hard and it almost killed me. For as long as I can remember I ve been getting migraines. The back of my eyes will hurt, I get very dizzy, and I vomit when I get the migraines. I also get these headaches in one area of my head. I call them pin point headaches. They happen whenever I stand up. I will get up slowly but it still happens and it hurts badly. To make it stop I have to bend over. They last anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute. They happen constantly and I was wondering if those pin point headaches and the migraines I get could be from the accident I had 13 years ago.
