Hi! I have headaches usually at night and after I take a shower during morning. It is located at the lower portion of my head. It's been going on at least 3 times a week for 1 year now. Previously I had fainted because of severe headache but I was Admitted at the ER and found nothing erong with me. Thanks.
Chronic headache in morning not interfering with the job usually is tension headache. Sometimes severe tension can lead to psychosomatic symptoms like fainting. We just need rule out some intracranial pathology in chronic cases by doing MRI brain otherwise even good history examination suffice to make probable diagnosis. Visit a pain physician or neurologist for management.
