Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Chronic Pain And Pressure At The Base Of The Skull With Tinnitus?
sever head pressure with headache, pain at the base of the skull 24/7. the pressure in my eyes has to be controlled by drops, there is ringing in my ears and I almost pass out when stand up. every muscle and joint hurts and I m tired and over all just not felling well, I m weak , have trouble getting out chair and going up stairs
To me you should monitor your blood pressure, and record the results for reference. We should make sure your BP is not spiking. If you are taking eye drops, this means that you're suffering of increased eye pressure (glaucoma). And if this true, that is the cause to your headache and eye pressure.
Should recheck with eye specialist in order to reevaluate your status and make some changes to your current treatment. Spondyloarthrosis of neck area should consider too after ruling out the above-mentioned and more serious health problems. Discuss with your caring doctor.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
