yes, I am experiencing severe pain between top of rib cage to lower belly but more concentrated on the top part. stomach is extended somewhat. this just started about 2 hours ago and I can t find a comfortable position to lay in. I feel somewhat nauseas. feels like severe cramping but so painful. I know stomach pains can be due to bloating and gas but this is unlike anything I have experienced before. What do you think?
