What Causes Chronic Pain In Neck?

Hi I am inquiring about my neck. For some months now i have had soreness. It doesnt stop me from doing things but is quite aggravating. I have been to a chiropractor and have been getting rx for it with little results. I also have seen a message therapist and he states that I am really tight with several knots that he is able to work out almost!! Please do you have any thoughts or sugg???

Pin in neck could be due to bad posture leading to muscular pain. I suggest you to consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment, relevant investigations like MRI of neck, definitive diagnosis and thus management.
