Went to doc today and he said to continue however I am looking at printout of my bloodwork and it shows immature grans (abs) 0.3 and neutrophils (absolute) 7.7 - My doctor did not mention this to me. Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Neutrophils - 2.0–7.0×109/l (40–80%)-normal range. Corticosteroids (Prednisone) may induce leucocytosis including an increase in neutrophils and immature granulocyte.

Likely to regress to normal as you are on reduced/maintenance steroid dose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
