the right inside of my right knee is painfull. Stared about 4 weeks ago as just a mild discomfort and now has grown into a much bigger problem. As i sit here not much pain about 1 or 2 however as soon as I stand it hurts to about 7-8 level. After i walk a little it gets a little better and ok but not with ease. I am 67 and have rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. This feels different
You seen to be having osteoarthritis and bone erosion of the right knee joint. A CT Scan will help in assessment of the degree of bone damage. Initial management of infra-articular steroid injection can be tried for pain relief. However if this is not helpful, your Orthopedic surgeon would suggest a total knee replacement surgery which should give you very good benefit.
