What Causes Chronic Pain On The Right-sided Body?

On Sunday I had a severe onset of pain. I could barely walk. Going to a seated position to urinate made me scream in agony. My PT has done a bit of work on me. I am not walking. Though getting up and down is difficult. It seems like the muscle relaxants and NSAID prescribed by my doc aren t touching the pain. I also have significant constipation. My PT seems to think that a lot of the pain twisting up my body is actually internal. It only hurts on the right side. Any thoughts?
