General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend you to have a thyroid test to make sure your thyroid is normal (TSH and FT3 blood tests).
As for the fungus on your feet, local miconazole cream twice a day for 1-2 weeks should help. If local treatment is not helping enough then oral fluconazole is used. If this does not help then a different diagnosis can be the cause of the rash in your feet.

As for bleeding after you have gone into menopause, you will need a transvaginal ultrasound to make sure that the uterine inner layer is not thicker than it should be.

I hope this answers your query.
I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.
