What Causes Chronic Radiating Pain From Shoulder To Temple?
for the last three months I been having headaches I been to physical therapy I went to neurology they gave me headache medication that didn t work and a procedure that when they sprayed some stuff in my nose that didn t work , now their talking about botox and I don t really think I need botox. my pain is coming from my right shoulder and right side of my neck going in to my right ear throbbing , tingling behind it and tingling on the inside which is causing pressure in my eyes in face and my head aches in the lower back and top of my head and its not sinus I have took antiboties twice . can some please how me understand what is going on and what I need to do?
I would advise you to get an MRI done to rule out a condition called occipital neuralgia where the occipital nerve gets injured or compressed somewhere in its course. Also, it will rule out if there is any problem in your cervical spine or conditions like cervical spondylosis. I suspect occipital neuralgia in your case.
