General & Family Physician 's  Response
Thanks for consulting. I have carefully worked through your case, and I can realize your health worries. Being your physician, I assure you not to worry as I will take care all of your medical concerns.

the X-ray report shows pathology that can cause neck pain and upper limb pain and weakness. the head ache has nothing to do with it.

from you history it is suggestive of migraine. so consult a neurologist. a MRI scan of you brain and EEG need to be taken as per what your neurologist may advice. you must take regular medication for you migraine.

avoid smoking and coffee and reduce alcohol.

the cause of your migraine has to be identified. only then it can be treated effectively.

Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.

Have a wonderful time ahead.

Best Regards!
