What Causes Chronic Testicular Pain With Blood In Semen?
I have pains in both of my testicles,also my lymphnods above my penis. Swelling and redness,inside my scrotom i feel what seems to be knots, i haven t had a fever but i do have occasional nausea and abdominal pain. I have also had blood at the end of ejaculation once. any help or advice would be appreciated

I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here I would like to advise that better get done the ultrasonography test to rule out any surgical condition, better to see the urologist, if the condition is painful then this can be managed with NSAID(Non steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) in my opinion condition need to be taken seriously, hope this information helps, take care.
