What Causes Circular Bruises On Upper Arm?

I have two circular bruises that have shown up on my upper left arm. What does it indicate? I read someone having something similar in which the the doctor asked if he had a fever 2-3 weeks back and he fesponded he hadnt had any fever. I have had a fever about three weeks ago

Skin lesions are difficult to treat without actually seeing them. You need to send pictures of the lesion or just see a local physician for the help. It seems to be a tick bite. You may need antiallergic tablet loratadine OTC available.
