What Causes Cluster Of Herpetic Vesicles On Buttock With Inguinal Lymphadenopathy?
4 days ago I noticed 2 small areas of grouped herpetic vesicles on my R lateral buttock with inguinal lymphadenopathy. I haven t been sexually active in months and have never had something like this before. Is it likely for a herpes virus to not show any symptoms for that amount of time?

hello, with such presentaion i would straight away come to the diagnosis of herpes zoster and i would treat by adding tab.acyclovir 800 mg five times a day for five days. if there is any superficial infection ill add a dose of antibiotic . kindly consult a general physician and discuss with him regarding this complaint.
