Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns. It is a common problem we see in our practice that child vomiting when they have upper respiratory tract infection. The reason being - when child coughs he will have rise in intraabdominal pressure and they will throw up and secondly if they have nose block , they cannot breath properly , so they dont eat properly.
