What Causes Cold And Numbness In The Left Arm And Low BP?

I recently was in the hospital with symptoms of my left arm cold and numb When I did the stress test While I was injected and at a high incline on the treadmill and at a high speed My heart rate would go to 149 and last for a few seconds then drop right back to 48 beats my blood pressure would be always low at 55 what does this mean?

Hello,

People who are intensely active can have heart rate less than 60, which is normal but numbness isn’t associated. If your stress test if normal then I’ll recommend you to go for CT angio left arm and consult me back with reports.
