General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Tingling sensation all over the body indicates nerve damage. This is known as peripheral neuropathy. The most important cause of peripheral neuropathy are diabetes, vitamin deficiency and renal failure. Kindly check your blood sugar levels, renal function and liver function. Long term intake of Oral Multivitamin tablets and injectable vitamin B12 injections can be taken.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
