What Causes Cold Sensation And Tingling Sensation In The Right Arm?

Hi.. My right arm and hand are extremely cold but my left is normal.. it stays cold even when I cover it.. when I lay on my right side, my arm starts tingling like it s gone to sleep.. my feet are also cold even with socks.. just wondering if it s something I should be concerned about..

As per your history is concerned lots of causes responsible for such a symptoms to appear first take met-neurobion injection and asoron inj for nutritional deficit twice weekly.Then thoroughly check clinically for cardio vascular clinical signs to ruled out any vascular pathology present .Also do a fasting blood sugar test .Thanks
