I was told I had Plantars in left heel / Ankle and the bone on the outside of that foot down from my ankle is so sore, it has been this way for a year now, I have the stabing pains when I get out of bed and all that, But I feel there is more wrong than just Plantars, I do have an appt to go to Therapy soon. My question is this, will this cause my Lower leg to stay cold and feel funny, I cant describe the feeling, but it feels weard. I been having some pains in that leg as well.

Thanks for your question. Are you suffering from diabetes?
Because inflammation of plantar fascia ie., Plantar fascitis is quite common in diabetic patients. Little bit of numbness, cold cold sensation, tingling sensation is quite common.

Consult a doctor to examine if the blood supply to the lower limb is not compromised. Also immerse your feet in warm water twice daily, this improves blood circulation and thus reduces the symptoms. Have a nice day.
