What Causes Cold Sensation In The Body With Tingling Sensation In The Face?

For the past 2 days my entire body feels like it s been dipped in Vicks vapor rub. I even have this cool tingling sensation in my eyes and mouth. This once happened before. It lasted for a few days and then went away. I have no other symptoms. What is this?
