What Causes Collarbones Pain, Chest Pain And Pressure With Breathlessness?
I had cervical surgery on my neck 3 degenerated disks. I have swollen knots above the top of my left and right collar bones. Sometimes sharp pain shoots throught the swollen area. They have been there for a month. I have asked the Doctor that did my surgery if I need to be worry about them. I started having sharp pains in my chest and sometimes pressure on my chest. I went to the emergency hospital and they did heart attack stress test and could not find any blockage. When I had my surgery I had blood clots in my lungs and legs. Do you think I have swollen lymph nodes. The swelling is at the bottom of my neck and close to my shoulders near my collar bone. I am scheduled to have a CT scan on my neck. Will this test help find out what is wrong or do you think something else is going on? I really am not feeling well since my surgery. I am having shortness of breathe.

And CT scan of neck will definitely diagnose cervical Lymphadenopathy.
So get done CT neck.
For your breathlessness, I would like to undergo PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) for bronchitis.
So consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid.
