What Causes Compressed Feeling In Head Throughout Day?

I have a compressed feeling in my head all day. Tylenol extra strength does not help. I have High Blood Pressure and take meds for it. Just recently my diastolic number was 48. The doctor stopped all BP meds for a couple days but the compressed feeling in my head did not go away. I am elderly.
