What Causes Consistent Back Pain Along With Indigestion And Gastritis?
Hellow Sir, i have gone through a operation of complete duplication of uratter & having permanent problem of kidney swelling. also surgery done of apenix. now facing problem of urine stone which was fallen by medicine. . but still feeling pain on right side & back pain also constistantly. also problem of digesion and gas, acidity. please suggest

Understanding your concern . As per your query you have consistent back pain along with indigestion and gastritis . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroesophageal reflux disease, irritable bowel syndrome , gas pains , gastroenteritis , giardiasis , constipation , lactose intolerance , ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasound , stool test and endoscopy. Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antibiotics like ornidazole and albendazole. Drinking warm water throughout the day will help alot and apply warm compresses on back . Avoid intake of large meals at a time and take small and frequent meals. For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food , drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet . The symptoms can also occur due to UTI . Also apply warm compresses on abdomen and back .
