What Causes Constant Abdominal Pain During 14th Week Of Pregnancy?
I am 23 years old and about 14 weeks pregnant. I been having constant abdominal pain that sometimes feels like gas but sometimes I m not sure what kind of pain it is. I also sometimes have black stool. Could it be from unhealthy food I m eating or hemorrhoids??

Hi,
Noted the history about a 23 year old female, 14 weeks pregnant and having constant pain in abdomen and black stools with gases.
Black stools is also called malena and should be investigated by the stool tests for 3 consecutive days, tests of blood for liver function tests, bleeding time, clotting time, prothrombine time and other necessary tests.
Sine you are pregnant X-ray or CT scan is not allowed as the radiation can cause problems with the fetus.
Hence you and the Doctors have to be extra safe in investigating but at the same time it is important to have your lie safe.
Hence consult a Doctor and Specialists like Gynecologist along with Gastroenterologist to have proper clinical evaluation and thus get treated as per the cause found.
Hemorrhoids do cause fresh blood in stool and does not cause pain in abdomen.
Unhealthy foods can cause such problems by causing gastroenteritis hence you should stop eating outside foods.
Use boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
Take care and do not be late for proper diagnosis.
